Appkapje

The fairytale I was given was: Little Red Riding Hood. (Roodkapje) The most difficult part about

this stopmotion was the time limit, it had to be around 30 seconds. I wanted to incorporate a phone in which

the story would be visible. Hence the name, App (whatsapp) kapje (instead of Roodkapje/ Red riding hood)

Paper was my best solution and friend to work with on this stopmotion. Face painting has been something

I was practising at the time, especially around halloween so I had to just give it a go.  It didn't quite work out as

planned but it was a part of my process. I wasn't only excited about making the visuals for the stopmotion but

the music as well. At the time I was really into practising the piano and came up with a mixture of the original tune

and another tune for the background music.
